We strive to provide the highest quality experience for your guests at home, so that they can enjoy the day in real-time from anywhere in the world.
FAQs
How does pricing work/what is included?
Packages start at $500 to include 2 cameras and an audio package. We can provide up to 4 cameras to capture all angles, and we can create custom packages to fit your needs. For an additional fee, we can also set up our "Video Guestbook" for your friends and family to leave their own personalized video message.
How will my friends and family be able to view our event?
One week before your scheduled event, we will send you a shareable "unlisted" YouTube link that will direct your at-home guests to the live stream. "Unlisted" just means no one will be able to access the live stream without the streaming link. The stream is not searchable and there is no password to worry about. After the stream is finished, the video will remain private and you will receive your own copy of the stream to share as you wish.
How is audio captured?
Depending on the event, the audio is captured in different ways. The most common way is with a personal clip-on lapel microphone. We can also tie in directly to house audio provided by your church or venue. And the third option would be to use room microphones to capture all the audio in the room.
What if my venue doesn't have a Wifi connection?
No problem at all. We bring our own hotspot to ensure a reliable connection. If for some reason our hotspot is out of range of service, we will simply record the event and post it as soon as we're back to civilization.
What is needed to secure my date?
All that's needed to secure your date is a $250 non-refundable deposit, along with a signed contract. For payments, we accept cash, check, Venmo, or Paypal. The remainder of your balance will need to be paid 7 days prior to your event. Should you need to reschedule your event, we will work with you but any change is based on availability.
